Hello, we are Redbrick Coffee. For us coffee is more than just a drink, it’s a way that people connect. From the producers who grow our coffee to the people who drink it and everyone in between, coffee brings people together and we love being a part of that community. 

From humble beginnings in 2011 in our Curtin cafe, Redbrick started with the goal to bring a unique coffee experience to Canberra. In 2013 we began roasting in the corner of our store and discovered our passion for creating new blends, sourcing new coffees and finding the best way to roast them. Our operation has since grown to span multiple retail spaces as well as our warehouse in Fyshwick. This is our base for roasting, distributing and providing education for our ever growing network of wholesale and retail customers across Australia and the world. 

Our approach to roasting is based on keeping an open mind and not being set in our ways, and this ethos holds true across all aspects of our business. This is an industry that constantly challenges us to think about things differently, an industry where there’s always something new to learn. We pride ourselves on doing everything with respect and sincerity, and operating as sustainably as possible both for the many hands involved in coffee production and for the planet. 

We will always remain dedicated to roasting our favourite coffees for our community, wherever it grows.

Roaster, wholesaler, and distributor of specialty coffee and coffee things. We are on a mission to build a better world with better coffee.


Our uncommonly delicious produce is raised with love - you can taste the difference.

We are passionate about the ethical treatment of animals and make sure they live the most natural and happy lives. We operate the farm on organic and regenerative principles, using rotational grazing and rotating stock classes to maximise our pastures and soil health.   

Heritage Wessex Saddleback pigs are free to roam and dig. They enjoy brewers grain, fresh fruit, vegetables, bread and grains. It creates a fantastic diet for our pigs - and helps the environment by reducing landfill. 

Border Leicester X Merino sheep and purebred Scottish Highland cattle are pasture raised. Our chickens, ducks and geese are all raised free range. 

Our produce has won multiple delicious. Produce Awards accolades in the 'From the Paddock' category - Lamb in 2017, and Pork in 2018, 2019. 

We are passionate about working with chefs who use the whole animal and pride ourselves on our hands-on approach to our production, from their first day, to a personal delivery on their last.

We also offer farm stay accommodation and farm tours, educating guests to Redleaf on sustainable production and food provenance.

Redleaf Farm adjoins national park and is also home to a number of rare and endangered native species. We are mindful of our biodiversity and the protection and habitat retention for our native animals as well as our farmed ones.

Redleaf Farm

Redleaf Farm is a small family farm in  the beautiful NSW Southern Highlands, producing ethically raised meat for discerning consumers. 

Established in 2014 Salt Kitchen Charcuterie is the product of an obsession with European food and tradition. We have a commitment to the amazing producers of western Victoria, using produce that is from right from our doorstep.
 
Our philosophy is simple — start with a quality raw product and preserve that flavour. It is the determining factor every time we make a product or develop something new.  The team have spent time in the UK and France to acquire knowledge, skills and the ancient crafts with which we make our products.
 
We source pigs from Western Plains Pork in Mount Mercer and have worked extensively with the farm to develop an APIQ certified free range pig that is the right size and has the correct muscle structure for the ultimate end product. We utilise the entire carcass to make fresh sausages, hams, bacons, terrines and dry cured products from our pigs.

Sher Wagyu in Ballan provides us with high quality wagyu beef to make pastrami and bresaola.

OUR STORY
A true labour of love, Salumi Australia has spent the past decade consciously crafting fermented and gently aged smallgoods among the rolling green hills of the Byron Bay hinterland in Bundjalung country. Our company was dreamt up by co-founder Massimiliano Scalas, a chef and native Sardinian who missed the salumi of his homeland. He sought to create an artisan-style salumi range, one crafted in the European slow-food tradition using premium Australian ingredients. Alongside partner Rebecca McEwan, the duo welcomed Salumi Australia in 2010, a company that remains devoted to crafting unique and authentic products and continue bringing people together over good, honest food.

The Schultz Family Farm has been operating since 1894, with the fifth generation currently growing up on the property, learning and living the farming life. Husband & Wife Vaughn & Jade moved from full-time Brisbane jobs to raise a family in a closed loop traditional Australian farm  in 2006.
 
Schultz Family Farms provide a complete pork service from suckling pig to salumi pigs. Direct wholesale from the farm on the Darling Downs to restaurants and customers in the Southeast Region and using Qantas Freight Nationally. 

Our farm has always been passionate about ethical husbandry and believe animals deserve to be treated with appreciation and respect. Our animals have constant access to the outdoors; forest and seasonal pasture, to turn stones, dig in soil and wallow, to see the sky and express natural instincts. 
 
We have always believed animals raised in a natural environment with freedom from stress and a quality diet is the key to flavour. Our pigs are fed a unique diet of grains grown personally, milled and mixed fresh onsite, combined with additional quality ingredients sourced locally and seasonally such as puffed cereal grains and quinoa. 

We pride ourselves on our self sufficiency and sustainable use of land and water; growing and milling our own stockfeeds; respect for our animals and appreciating genetic diversity and heritage breeds with pedigree bloodlines from Australia's top studs including: Large White, Landrace, Berkshire, Wessex Saddleback, Duroc, Tamworth.

Our farm supplies many top restaurants and Chefs in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and has worked diligently and closely with them to now specialize in award winning, high quality presentation whole Suckling Pig. 

We were awarded State Winner in 2017, 2018, 2019 in the delicious. Produce Awards from the Paddock category. And awarded a National Gold in 2018.

Sea Health Products is a family business, sustainably hand harvesting Golden Kelp {Ecklonia radiata} from our stunning beaches on the far south coast of NSW. Golden Kelp, or Sea Kelp (seaweed) contains more than 60 essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements and is increasingly being recognised as an important natural source of vital nutritional requirements.
Kelp contains magnesium, calcium, iron, copper, potassium, zinc and natural sea salt. It has the highest natural concentration of calcium of any food (10 times more than milk) and is an excellent alternative to salt. It is also high in fibre and has protein, vitamins A, B, C and E, and beta-carotene - an antioxidant.
 
We have curated and developed a unique range of specialist health products of the highest quality for your cooking and self-care. Our range offers granules, powder, soaps, soaks and many other products such as locally sourced chilli Furikake and Finger Lime with Golden Kelp mixes, through our collaborative partnerships.

Sea Health Products' Australian Golden Kelp is harvested sustainably, from the pristine South Coast of NSW to provide high quality kelp with a umami hit!

Seaweedery was launched in 2020 by chef and sustainable food system advocate Elke Travers and business strategist Natalie Kalinova. The co-founders' passion for Australian seafood and sustainability brought them together, with a shared desire to address issues that exist both in our diet and the broader supply chain.

With the intention to start small, Seaweedery began developing an idea that would transform seafood processing waste into a brand-new value-added product. The startup joined forces with Austral Fisheries, an MSC-certified and carbon-neutral seafood business, to explore opportunities for transforming seafood waste into viable products. Under Austral Fisheries’ Seafood for Good program, Seaweedery pitched what would eventually become their first product: prawn oil. 

Along with its signature prawn oil, Seaweedery offers an innovative vinegar product developed from a blend of Australian golden kelp and apple cider vinegar.
