Australian Bay Lobster

Bay Lobster are colloquially known as ‘Moreton Bay bugs’ in Australia. ABLP offer premium wild caught and farmed Bay Lobster, and other select seafood products.

We believe a happy, healthy pig that's able to exhibit natural pig behaviour in a free range environment and forage in fertile pastures will create the best tasting pork!

We farm in the highly productive Lower Southeast corner of South Australia, near the picturesque coastal town of Beachport. We already had sheep and cattle roaming our paddocks, so we thought, why not pigs too?!

We also have an extensive cropping program and incorporate our own barley, wheat and broad beans into the pig's diet, all grown and milled on farm.

We have 140 sows and currently supply butchers, supermarkets and restaurants in the Limestone Coast region, including Mount Gambier, Millicent, Beachport, Robe and Penola. We also process pigs weekly at Diamond Valley  so can organise delivery within the Melbourne region (whole carcasses only).

Bega Valley Eggs is a regenerative farm located in Bemboka Village, 25 minutes from the town of Bega, NSW Australia. The farm is hugged tightly by the mountains and eucalyptus forest on the northern edge, and has breathtaking views of Brown Mountain, the western gateway to the Bega Valley, at sunset.

We are Tom & Joscelin McMillan. With the help of a small number of passionate staff and with our two young children in tow, we lease 50 acres of rolling pasture and are the caretakers of 7000 layer hens. Bega Valley Eggs was established in 2014, and in 2019 we bought the business after being raving fans ourselves. 

Animal welfare is the upmost priority to our family and to our carefully selected staff. We’re diligent with our farm management, cleanliness and feeding schedule so to ensure we don’t need to administer medications to eradicate disease or in the name of improving health. 

We believe that wherever we farm, we are the temporary custodians of the land, and therefore it is our responsibility to nurture, care for, and leave it in better health than when we arrived.

We believe that we have an incredible opportunity as farmers to help heal our patch of earth.

We believe in creating and strengthening localised food systems to strengthen community resilience.

Bega Valley Eggs

Our eggs are for the conscious consumer. Folk who value exceptional taste, healthy produce, animal welfare, regeneration of natural ecosystems, and food with a story.

Located just north of Hobart, Belgrove Distillery was founded by Peter Bignell, a sixth generation Tasmanian farmer. 

Belgrove Distillery was the first rye distillery in Australia, and is the only bio-fueled distillery in the world.  This means that all the farming and distillery equipment is powered by bio-fuel, which is recycled cooking oil that Peter collects from local businesses. To reduce his carbon footprint further, the residual pulp from the distilling process is fed to Peter's sheep who in turn provide fertiliser for the next crop of rye. It is through these practices and more that Belgrove Distillery can claim to be one of the greenest distilleries on the planet.

Belgrove Distillery is one of few whisky distilleries in the world that is paddock to bottle and produces ‘estate whisky’. This means all of the grain is grown on site, harvested, distilled, aged and bottled at the Distillery location. 

Peter constructed the copper pot still that he uses with his very own hands.  Peter also reconditions and chars his own barrels for ageing whisky himself. This is hand-made spirits at their absolute finest.
​Belgrove has a core rye whisky range and a number of liqueurs accompanied by exciting and innovative limited releases. Belgrove’s ‘Wholly Sh*t’ received much global acclaim thanks to its feature on Gordon Ramsey’s “Uncharted” series. This peculiar rye whisky uses dried sheep dung to dry the rye grain instead of peat. The result? A delicious rye whisky with notes of peanuts, toffee, honey, vanilla, and a smoky finish.

Belgrove Distillery

Belgrove Distillery was the very first rye whisky distillery in Australia and is one of the very few paddock-to-bottle distilleries in the country.

Big Heart Bamboo was founded in 2014 by second generation bamboo farmer, Becky Dart. Becky's passion for bamboo was initiated by her father's work as one of Australia’s most knowledgeable and accomplished bamboo farmers in Australia and was later consolidated as she completed a science degree at the University of Queensland where she studied specifically culinary bamboo and its' myriad of health benefits and environmental benefits.

Located at Belli Park, 10 minutes from iconic Eumundi on the Sunshine Coast QLD, the 40 ha family plantation is home to a plethora of native wildlife that has found refuge among the leafy canopy and hollow culms of the bamboo. The farm uses no chemical input except certified organic fertilisers and relies solely on rainwater to feed the plantations.

"The bamboo is not only beautiful but also has many practical applications ranging from habitat creation, construction timber, soil erosion mitigation, carbon sinks, and, of course, the delicious edible bamboo shoots that emerge twice a year (Sep- Nov) & (Feb-May)".
Becky takes a great deal of pride in her products and has worked with critically acclaimed chefs such as Zeb Gilbert from Wasabi & Make Peace Island to help refine the species and harvesting/storage techniques that have led to a superior product. "Our shoots are harvested early in the morning and sent to chefs within 8-12 hours of harvest as freshness is key when high quality bamboo shoots" "We work closely with our clients to make sure they have the right species & info for their creations". " We are very blessed to work with chefs who are as equally as passionate about fresh, local product (and bamboo) as we are".

Sunshine Coast, QLD

Primary grower, producer and supplier of sustainably grown, fresh edible premium bamboo shoots and ready-to-use gourmet pickled bamboo on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland.

Birds of Isle is a female-founded, luxury rum. Created with the same rigour and respect as traditional aged rums, but overflowing with Australian ambition and imagination. 

We find ingredients with purpose that celebrate our 65,000 year history, impart the terroir of Bundjalung Country-Northern Rivers, and showcase the magic of Australia.

The thing that makes our rum so special is the use of native Australian bunya nuts. We’re the first distillery to use them in spirits. They’re not commercially grown, which means the nuts are hand-foraged from bunya pine trees and we’re limited by what nature grows every year. 

To get our distinctly Northern Rivers flavour, we remove the bunya shells and flame-torch them. Then gently oven-roast the bunya nuts. Then finally co-macerate both the shells and the nuts in our rum.

For our finishing casks, we hand-select rare, Australian fortified wine casks for their distinguishable flavour and character. For our first release we chose French oak muscat casks from the Barossa.

The result is a luxurious rum with flavours of burnt sugar, anise, spice, a gentle wisp of bunya nut smoke, and roasted nuts.
